With our whistleblower policy we provide a mechanism for the reporting of any actual or suspected violation of laws, regulations, ethical policies, or any other conduct that is detrimental to the Company’s operation or reputation. This policy aims to establish a framework to ensure that all reports are handled in a prompt, consistent, and confidential manner, and that whistleblower rights, as stated in the Whistleblower Act also referred to as “law” or “the law” ,are protected.
Reporting:
Any actual or suspected violation must be reported immediately to Plastonor CEO , who is responsible for receiving, investigating, and addressing all reports. Reports may be made verbally or in writing.

Plastonor is committed to ensuring that any whistleblower’s identity is protected to the extent permitted by law, and that there will be no retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith. Investigation and Resolution:
The Whistleblower Officer will conduct a thorough investigation into any report made, and a report will be submitted to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will determine any necessary corrective action, and the Whistleblower Officer will communicate the outcome to the relevant parties.
