Formstable bulk bags have inner walls to maintain their shape after being filled, optimizing storage and transportation. The bags are common in the industrial and food sectors.
Bags for Hazardous Goods
Big bags designed for the transport and storage of hazardous materials must be tested and certified by accredited testing institutes. Depending on the filling material, different requirements are set for the design and labeling of the bags.

5-Loop Bags
A 5-loop bag features an additional center loop alongside the traditional four lift loops, providing flexibility in handling. As well as our other bags, these bags can be customized according to your needs.
Conductive and Dissipative Bags
Conductive big bags are used to conduct away any electrostatic charges that may arise during filling and emptying. Conductive bags are referred to as Type C while dissipative bags are referred to as Type D. Type C bags must always be grounded during filling and emptying.
4-Loop Bags
4-loop bags are the most common construction for big bags. There are two types: corner loops and cross-corner loops. The type of loops is chosen depending on handling requirements.
1-Loop Bags
1-loop bags are commonly used in the agricultural and industrial sectors. The handling of 1-loop bags is efficient, as the bag can be easily managed with, for example, a hook.
2-Loop Bags
Like 1-loop bags, 2-loop bags can also be handled efficiently. For certain filling stations, a 2-loop bag may be more suitable compared to a 1-loop bag.
Inner Bag
Some products are sensitive to moisture and oxygen and require the bag to be completely sealed. In these cases, an inner bag is used. Different inner bags are suitable for different purposes. Inner bags can be made from LDPE, or, for example, aluminum or EVOH ("barrier liners") if requested. All of our big bags can be equipped with an inner bag, which can either be loose inside the bag or fixed to the bag.

This solution has been developed for companies with fully automated packaging lines. It is a cost-effective solution for large-scale production.
